Michelle Rowan

has been working with clients planning their trips for 18 years.  Her love of travel, led her to leave the real estate industry in 2002 to start her career at Charleswood Travel.

Michelle works with individual travel, organized group travel for friends and family as well as corporate getaways and school trips.
Having visited 65 countries, she has much first-hand experience to rely upon when counseling clients.  

Fun Fact – One of the most “fun” experiences to date, has been on a “Desert Safari” in Dubai – that entailed a ride through the sand dunes that was as hair raising as any wild ride at Disney or Universal – with the jeep at 45-degree angles and sand covering the windshield.

With a background in the wedding industry, Trish has spent her off seasons trekking around Asia, different parts of Europe and Central America. While volunteering at an animal shelter in Utah, Trish found her baby Noodles who accompanies her on trips to the Rocky Mountains and the provincial parks of Manitoba.

Fun Fact – Trish is quite the beer snob and will happily discuss barrel-aged stouts and New England IPA's with you.

Barbara is a Certified Travel Counsellor  has been in the industry since 1998 and has covered a lot of the globe in her personal travels. Barbs heart is in Europe though having spent many holidays there. She works with special interest groups and has put together many Independent Custom trips for clients over the years.

Kirrily is a Certified Travel Counsellor and has been in the business since 1999, after immigrating to Canada from Australia. Because of her first-hand knowledge of Australia this has become one of her favorite destinations to share with clients. However, she has also worked extensively in group travel, whether for sports groups or family holidays, as well as touring and cruising. The next trip on her list is taking the family to swim with whale sharks!

Fun Fact – Kirrily loves to visit insectariums to see the different local bugs, butterflies and spiders. The most memorable visits have been handling tarantulas in Texas and the insectarium in Monteverde, Costa Rica.
