This information can be passed on to other service providers only if it is related to services or products you have requested through Charleswood Travel. Although we only use companies that are reputable providers we are not responsible for companies that use or disclose your information without your consent.

Charleswood Travel will not disclose your information to other companies for our own purposes and, we will never sell or trade your personal information. Staff is trained to collect, use and disclose personal information only as necessary to complete their duties.

The personal information that Charleswood Travel collects and discloses is essential to providing our clients with good service and the reservations they have requested. We consider that by you providing us with the information, you have consented to our collecting, using and disclosing the information as described above.

You can review your information to verify, update and correct it, or to remove any that has become obsolete. We will need to identify you if we don’t know you and you may be asked to submit the request in writing.
